What’s the best way to contact a tattoo artist?
We have a form on our website which you can contact the artist, we also have facebook, instagram and Tiktok. Which is all linked on our website.
I’m afraid of needles, can I still get a tattoo?
Yes, you can. Getting tattooed is completely different from giving blood or getting a vaccine. Getting tattooed is more akin to scratching a pen (without ink) on your skin over and over again.
Needles are indeed used but they barely enter your skin. For comparison:
- Tattoo needles penetrate your skin about 1/16th of an inch or about 1-2mm.
- Vaccine needles penetrate your skin about 1 to 1.5 inches or about 25–38 mm, to ensure intramuscular administration.
Huge difference.
What is the healing process like for tattoos – how long does it take before they’re completely healed?
After you get a tattoo, your skin will go through a healing process. It is essential to follow the aftercare instructions given to you by your artist

I had a great time getting tattooed with Chloe today, the studio was welcoming and friendly the girls were full of laughter.

What can I say..... FAB-U-LOUS I had my thigh tattoo with Sophie.
You dont see many Tattoo artists who go above and beyond for their clients. Sophie always made sure I was ok throughout my tattoo session and is so passionate about her work.
Honestly I would highly recommend speaking to the team because the level of support from start to finish is amazing.
Hopefully another tattoo in the near future 💞
I've had most of my tattoos done off Sophie, and I wouldnt wanna go anywhere else. Sophie is so welcoming polite and makes you feel super comfy always asking if your okay and makes you feel welcome in her shop. Sophies work is amazing and I've loved every single one of my tattoos off her. shes so gentle whilst tattooing. would highly recommend.
I've personally had two absolutely beautiful tattoos done at Asylum13 from both Sophie and Chloe. The quality of the tattoos are truly impeccable and the attention to detail from both artists, can be clearly seen through their work. I will definitely be booking back in with both of them as soon as I am brave enough to sit in their chairs again. 100% recommend.
Asylum 13 is a fabulous tattoo studio, I’ve been tattooed by both Sophie and Chloe.
They are really great people who make you feel relaxed and the studio atmosphere is very welcoming.
They create and tattoo a really wide variety of styles and have wonderful vision when working towards the client’s needs.
Sophie is incredible…. Minimal pain cause she’s so gentle and her artwork is amazing too.
